Wreck bags are a must in obstacle course training but they are also great for anyone who wants a challenging total body workout and take their strength training to a new level. Using the wreck bag is a convenient and efficient way to optimize your workout. The handles on the front allow you to gain a good grip on the bag so you have control over it and don’t need to pause your workout to reposition. I recommend the Wreck bag for anyone looking to change up their workout routine in a safe and comfortable way.

This can be anything about yourself or an EPIC memory from your time at the gym. Play any sports? Have any interesting hobbies. etc.
BM: Solange Knowles once tried to start a Twitter feud with my family dog…it’s a long story.
ER: I once won free Subway for an entire year. (It was the best year of my life.) I am also the world’s biggest Britney Spears fan.
My favorite EPIC class is
BM: Blast
ER: Blast
BM: Buffalo born and raised. Came to the city for college. Was a dance major for two years and switched to business. Currently an editor at BestProducts.com with Hearst Magazines.
ER: I used to be suuuuper chubby when I was a kid and went on a strict tuna-and-orange diet in 6th grade to lose it all. (It was v extreme and I don’t recommend it to anyone.) And then toward the end of high school, I had a major glow-up and left North Carolina (byeeee) to go to college in NYC and am now an editor at Us Weekly.
BM: Making an epic class part of my everyday routine and getting close to my goal body.
ER: This sounds so silly now, but being able to get across the monkey bars with no problem. When I started here, the struggle to traverse was v real. Oh, and I also climbed to the top of the rope like once or twice. Should prob make that more consistent.
